How much time do I need to commit each day?
Most of the daily content is quick—less than 5 minutes to read or listen to. The challenges will take a little more time, but they are designed to fit into your day.
Is this just for weight loss?
No, this program is about building habits for a healthier life overall. While weight loss is one of the outcomes, you’ll also feel more energized, confident, and balanced.
Do I need to follow a strict diet?
No! This is not a restrictive diet. We focus on whole, real foods that nourish your body without making you feel deprived. Also, we are going anti-diet this year!
Will I have to buy any lab testing and expensive supplements to see results?
No, the sole purpose of this membership is to establish habits that create change without lab testing or supplementation. Now, I won’t lie to you both lab testing and supplementation can expedite changes and the results you desire, BUT they are not required. Lab testing can provide hard data for you to track progress, if that is something you respond better to. If that is something you wish, I would recommend waiting to do lab testing after the first 2 months as often those two habits can highlight areas that really need additional support to help you move the needle.
I don’t have time to cook
There are options to work around this, but they do require planning and money. 4 months of the 12 month membership focus on food where cooking your own meals is preferred, but the remaining 8 months are other habits that you would still greatly benefit from.
Why do you spend a month on one topic?
Because losing the baby weight does not happen in 1 month. To lose the weight AND keep it off indefinitely, requires changes to your every day life and it is not only about what food you and how much you eat. New habits take time to figure out how you will execute and when you will be able complete it. Mastering the habit will come as you experience the shift it makes with your body, energy, and mental health. You cannot do that by throwing 30+ new things you need to all at once – you don’t know which habits are beneficial, a waste of time, or making you worse. When was the last time you kept a New Year’s Resolution of going to the gym every day and eating no junk food ever again and you kept off the baby weight?! It takes time friend, and I’m here to take the time and journey with you.
How many expensive biohacking tools will I have to buy?
The heart of this membership is to not spend money on these! I transformed my health over 8 years WITHOUT any wellness trendy tool and supplements.
Will you be recommending supplements to achieve weight loss?
Nope, this is not for you. We are focusing on your daily habits, mastering and fitting them into your life which will help shed the weight. But no quick fixes, no fat loss supplements will be included.
