Hi, I’m Marissa Yee, and I’m on a mission to rewrite the story of motherhood.

For far too long, society has pushed this idea that motherhood has to mean pure exhaustion, chasing weight loss, putting yourself dead last, and barely getting through the day. It’s no wonder so many moms feel burned out and stuck. But I’m here to tell you—it doesn’t have to be this way.

As a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) with additional training in muscle testing, hair tissue mineral analysis, and blood chemistry, I’ve learned that the moms who see the most incredible results aren’t the ones chasing quick fixes or expensive wellness trends—they’re the ones who focus on simple, sustainable changes.

I get it because I’ve been there. As a mom balancing life as a stay-at-home parent, entrepreneur, homeschooling, and household manager (what did I forget?!), I’ve felt the weight of trying to do it all. I’ve seen how easy it is to overlook the basics, especially with today’s overwhelming wellness advice. But here’s the truth: it’s the basics—like nourishing your body with real food, staying hydrated, and managing stress—that create the fastest, most lasting changes.
