What are the foundations?
Consuming real, whole, nutrient dense foods (think perimeter of the grocery store, no ingredient labels); hydration; digestion; blood sugar regulation; fatty acid and mineral balance; and stress management.
What nutrients the body is able to utilize is dependent upon how your digestion is functioning.
Stress and wonky blood sugar disrupt your bodies ability to digest and utilize nutrients as well as are nutrient hogs.

Correct. I do both hair tissue mineral analysis (HTMA) and blood chemistry as well as have a hands-on evaluation / remote muscle testing. This is available to you after the completion of REBOOT to dive deeper and target your specific nutrient deficiencies.
